I like today's deal - how do I get it?

Just click "Buy Now" before the offer ends, and you will be redirected to the checkout page. If you are a first time customer, you will be asked to register an account, after which you can place your order.

How can I find out about the new deals first?

How long does each sale last?

New deals are posted each day at a specified time, or while the quantity lasts. If it was a popular item, it just might be featured again.so stay tuned.

What condition are the items in?

Items listed on the site are almost always new, in original packaging. From time to time, BagSteals.com lists deals of new and limited quantity at great deep discount prices, allowing for even greater savings.

Random Assortment

When you see a Random Assortment deal, you know that you are getting a cream of the crop of a deal. Please note, however that items are selected randomly and might include two of the same item. Our random assortment deals are wildly pursued by our customers, making us too busy packing and shipping so please don't email us asking for specific items.

 

Payment

What payment options do I have?

We use PayPal to process all payments. you can use any major credit card at checkout. The payment method requires a U.S. billing address. For your protection, your credit card number is safely transmitted by SSL directly to a PayPal secure electronic vault, and never stored on our servers. We ship the item as soon as possible, within 5 business days after receiving the payment from PayPal.

How can I check my order status?

You can log in to your BagSteals.com account and check your order history, where you can easily verify if your order went through. If it's not there, the order did not transmit to us. Please try again.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to change or cancel an order once it has been submitted. Oh and please, do not tell us you've placed an order by accident. 

 

Shipping

What are my shipping options?

Currently, we ship by common carrier, and do not offer any specialized shipping options.

How long will it take to receive a shipment?

Delivery timelines vary from item to item. Most orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days, but on rare occasions can take up to 10 days. A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships. The tracking number may take a few days to update. This tracking number will allow you to check the delivery status of your order. Delivery time varies between 3 to 14 business days.

Can I combine multiple orders and pay only once for shipping?

No, we charge the shipping fee for each item ordered. It's part of the streamlined way we can offer you the best prices available anywhere.

How do I ship to an address other than my billing address?

If you'd like to use a ship to address that is different from you billing address, please use PayPal when processing your order.   

Do you ship to an APO/FPO address?

We don't ship to APO and FPO addresses.

Do you ship outside the United States?

At the moment, we ship to the United States only. Our apologies go out to all of our BagSteals.com brethren who are outside of the US.

 

Returns

What is your return policy?

BagSteals.com does not accept returns. For defective merchandise, notify us by filling out the form on our Contact page within 7 days of delivery for an exchange. Please include your order number, the name of the product, the date of purchase, and the issue you are having with the item. If the defective item is out of stock, it can be returned for a full refund.

How long does it take for a refund to show on my account?

Refunds generally show up within 5-7 business days, but on rare occasions they can take up 30 days.

If you have a question not answered in this section, please email customer service. Please include your order number in the email, and be sure to add [email protected] to your contact list to ensure that you receive our response. Since we answer every email we receive, you may just have a really militant spam blocker.

What is the response time to a member inquiry?

Our response time varies between 1 to 3 business days depending on the volume of e-mails. Rest assured we have a dedicated customer service staff that carefully reviews each and every e-mail.
